The reflection is you

Complex it is.  Inside you lays all the knowing and understanding.  At birth it is blocked from the "Concious Mind".

Occasionaly a flash, de ja vous, dream or a memory just pops up, of a time you did not now live.

Why?  Why go through all the trouble to create a  "Human Condition" and have no memories?

Do you want to talk around this subject.  Or do you want to deal with it and resolve your life her and now and not sometime later?

Are you afraid?  Do you feel uncomfortable?

What do your thoughts and feeling matter anyway.  They are no matter or things.  Thoughts and feelings are easily played by outside sources.  Thoughts and feelings start inside you.  Whether generated by you or an outside source.

It normally feels and seems to be what is called "Frustration" above the heart.

There are things out there that generate this "Frustration"  / "Fear" in side you and there is you doing it to yourself.

How can you know the difference if a thought or feeling is generated by you or by an outside force getting to you?
